The mission of TSUNAMI® is to create the most personalized and authentic fan connections on earth.
Our vision is that someday, every talent will have a personal relationship with each of their fans.
As connection and relationships are at the core of what we do, we want TSUNAMI® to be welcoming, enjoyable, and unforgettable for all participants.
Therefore, we have developed these community guidelines to help protect TSUNAMI®, fans, companies, and others who visit or use our website, mobile apps, and services, including talents.
These guidelines are part of our acceptable use policy and terms of service, and any specific terms in the terms of service (such as capitalized words like "USER" and "SITE," etc.) have the same meaning here. These guidelines apply to everyone and explain what is allowed and what is not allowed on TSUNAMI®. By using TSUNAMI®, you agree to our terms of service, including these guidelines.
In the spirit of keeping TSUNAMI® a safe and welcoming place for everyone, we ask for your help in adhering to these guidelines by informing us if they are violated. If you see something that may constitute a violation, please let us know by contacting us using the tools online or within the app, or by directly emailing us at CONTACT@TSUNAMI.TN.
We are proud of the diversity of talents, perspectives, backgrounds, and beliefs represented across TSUNAMI®, and if our users adhere to these guidelines, we want to welcome everyone to join TSUNAMI®.
A. OUR RULES
All users must adhere to these community guidelines, including recognizing that certain behaviours are prohibited, and specific content may be restricted or removed from the TSUNAMI® website.
IDENTITY
In short, you are who you say you are.
Do not provide a fake identity or provide any incorrect or misleading information about yourself when registering for a TSUNAMI® account.
Use your real name and your own photos.
Do not create deep fake accounts - besides violating our terms of service, they are creepy.
If you are in the middle of a suspension or have been banned from TSUNAMI®, do not attempt to circumvent our enforcement by creating another account.
We also ask you not to create multiple accounts unless you have a legitimate reason to do so (for example, if you have a business account and wish to create a personal account).
No transfers.
You may not transfer or sell your TSUNAMI® account.

USE OF THE TSUNAMI® WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS
We ask you to use the TSUNAMI® website and products only for their intended purposes.
Do not do things that are deceptive or misleading to others. This includes making requests that you know (or should know) would embarrass talents, compromise their integrity, or deceive or mislead them.
Do not use TSUNAMI® to seek or provide financial advice.
Do not book or record videos that mention, support, or criticize specific stocks, NFTs, tokens, cryptocurrencies, or other investments.
Fee avoidance - taking any action to avoid paying fees - is strictly prohibited by TSUNAMI®.
Do not misuse the site by sending unauthorized promotional or commercial messages (including spam) or any other unwanted communications.
It's annoying. And finally, please do not use TSUNAMI® to spread lies, including misinformation.
NO VIOLATIONS (INCLUDING FRAUD)
It's important to understand that our rules are not the only ones that matter; many of our guidelines rely on laws. Therefore, you must not promote, encourage, or engage in any illegal behavior on TSUNAMI® or use it or direct it toward it.
Do not send requests or create content that violates any law, regulation, court order, or any other legal action, including attempts at phishing, money laundering, theft, and fraud.
We also prohibit the depiction of illegal drugs or other controlled substances, or their promotion, trafficking, on or through the site.
When reviewing potential illegal behavior, TSUNAMI® may (at its discretion) take into account the context and severity of the behavior in question.
NO HATE SPEECH OR DISPARAGEMENT
We created TSUNAMI® to provide entertainment, fun, and unforgettable experiences through connection.
We are proud to celebrate the diversity of celebrities and fans on the TSUNAMI® platform.
Please do not use hate speech or derogatory language on TSUNAMI®.
We do not allow language or content that attacks or devalues a person or strips them of their humanity or discriminates against or threatens violence based on any legally protected characteristic, such as race, sex, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or veteran status.
We also prohibit content that promotes or is promoted by institutions or individuals who engage in such things.
This includes the use of defamatory language and terms aimed at diminishing any of the above-mentioned protected characteristics.
NO VIOLENCE OR INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE
TSUNAMI® prohibits incitement to violence or harm, encouragement of it, promotion of it, or threats of it, as well as content that depicts or contains visual or unjustified violence, including cruelty to animals.
Please do not threaten to harm a person, group of people, or animals or property.
We love TSUNAMI®, and that includes you - so do not depict, promote, or glorify violence or self-harm.
Do not distribute, publish, send, or request content on the site that glorifies terrorism or violence, or incites or promotes it, including seeking to achieve political, religious, racial, or ideological goals.
NO NUDITY OR EXPLICIT SEXUAL CONTENT OR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF MINORS
TSUNAMI® is not the place to send or request pornographic, indecent, obscene, unwanted, or explicit sexual content.
Nudity is prohibited on TSUNAMI®, including fully exposed genitals, bare buttocks, and female nipples, except in the case of breastfeeding or health-related situations (such as post-mastectomy or breast cancer awareness). Sexual stimulation or masturbation, with or without nudity, is also prohibited.
The ban on nudity and sexual content applies to real, simulated, or implied activity, including digitally created or manipulated content.
Sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
Do not distribute, publish, send, or solicit explicit sexual content involving minors, or any content that exposes or promotes physical harm, neglect, endangerment, psychological abuse, or harm to children.
We will report explicit sexual content involving minors to law enforcement.
NO HARASSMENT, BULLYING, THUGGERY, OR STALKING
Play gently and do not be harsh.
We know this is verbal, but it's important: do not distribute, publish, send, or request content or incite or encourage any act that is, explicitly or implicitly, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or inciting hatred, racism, derogatory, or otherwise harmful to any reputation or disapproved in any other way. Also, do not blame anyone.
Use your best internet manners.
Many of the talents users on TSUNAMI® are public figures, but they also have feelings.
Do not distribute, publish, send, or request content that wishes death, disability, or any other harm to them or any other person.
Content that humiliates someone because of their personal traits (such as appearance, personality traits, or intelligence) is wrong and against the rules.
I can't believe we have to say this, but do not mock or ridicule victims of tragic or violent events.
Lastly, do not harass TSUNAMI® employees. We have no tolerance for that.
DO NOT VIOLATE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER RIGHTS
Simply put: do not use what is not yours.
When you submit content to TSUNAMI®, you are saying you own that content or have the right to submit it (and we can use it).
By using TSUNAMI®, you agree not to violate or infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal rights of any other person when using the site. Our copyright policy is further detailed in our terms of service.
No one likes a copycat. Do not access TSUNAMI® for information to build a similar or competitive service, and do not attempt to decode, dismantle, reverse engineer, or reverse engineer any of the software or other core computer codes we use to provide our services.
Do not scrape or crawl any part of our site or engage in spidering or harvesting.
DO NOT VIOLATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Mind your own business. We prohibit content that violates the privacy of personal data or personally identifiable information (such as contact information or social security information) of others.
Refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we collect, use, and share personal information.
We will remove content that is brought to our attention that depicts or contains personal data or personally identifiable information of other users or third parties.
Again, do not blame anyone.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE OUR SITE'S SECURITY AND RELIABILITY
Site-level security and personal security are of utmost importance to us. Do not undermine our site's security and reliability.
Any attempts to penetrate or efforts to circumvent our user access restrictions or use of scripts to collect information from the site or our users are prohibited.
Similarly, do not distribute files or content that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful materials. Do not attempt to bypass any technological measure, whether implemented by us or by any of our service providers or anyone else, designed or intended to protect TSUNAMI® or our users or anyone else.
In the spirit of keeping TSUNAMI® a safe and welcoming place for everyone, we ask for your help in complying with these guidelines by informing us if they are violated.

B. ENFORCEMENT
Please note that you are responsible for your account and any content you send.
Using any TSUNAMI® offering for any purpose other than the limited purposes specified in our Terms of Service is not permitted.
If we become aware of content or activity on the site that violates the Terms of Service, including these Community Guidelines, we will enforce them as we deem appropriate, at our sole discretion. Additionally, we may decide it is necessary to temporarily suspend your TSUNAMI® account while we review the potential violation and assess the appropriate enforcement.
Depending on the severity of the violation, TSUNAMI® may enforce these Community Guidelines by:
- Issuing a warning
- Removing TSUNAMI® videos or other content from our site
- Temporarily suspending account access for a specified period
- Permanently suspending account access
- Contacting law enforcement
- Taking other actions at TSUNAMI®'s sole discretion
We will consider multiple factors when determining how to enforce these guidelines, including the content itself, the severity of the behavior, and the number of violations by the same user ("offenses").
Generally, we do not monitor user behavior outside the platform. However, we may take it into account under certain circumstances. For example, we may consider off-platform behavior that provides context or involves behavior on TSUNAMI®, or references TSUNAMI® while engaging in conduct that would violate these guidelines.
We will also consider this when off-platform behavior is extreme, including membership in hate groups or terrorist organizations, sexual assault, child abuse, or other serious conduct.
In limited circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, allow exceptions to our content removal policies when we determine that the material serves the public interest, such as content that is clearly satirical, scientific, or educational in nature. In the spirit of keeping TSUNAMI® safe and welcoming for everyone, you agree to cooperate with TSUNAMI® investigations and promptly provide any information TSUNAMI® requests.
Please note that if your TSUNAMI® account is permanently suspended, we will refund any of your funds we hold, but we will not refund funds held by third parties (e.g., fees paid to APPLE in connection with an in-app purchase are not held by TSUNAMI® and will not be refunded) within a reasonable timeframe.
C. APPEAL PROCESS
APPEAL
If you believe that an enforcement decision we made against you is incorrect, you can request an appeal in writing to the following address: CONTACT@TSUNAMI.TN. You must use the email address associated with the TSUNAMI® account linked to our enforcement decision and include detailed reasons why you believe the decision is incorrect. As with all other enforcement decisions, acceptance of the appeal is at TSUNAMI®'s sole discretion, and these decisions are final and binding.
REJOINING AFTER SUSPENSION
If we have suspended your TSUNAMI® account due to a violation of the Terms of Service, according to these Community Guidelines, you can request its reinstatement after the suspension ends.
Any reinstatement request must be in writing and sent to CONTACT@TSUNAMI.TN from the email address associated with the suspended TSUNAMI® account.
The reinstatement request must include:
(A) A detailed description of why you wish to rejoin TSUNAMI®.
(B) Confirmation that you have read TSUNAMI®'s Terms of Service and will comply with them, including these Community Guidelines.
(C) Any assurances, statements, or agreements we request.
Submitting a reinstatement request as outlined above does not guarantee reinstatement, as decisions are at TSUNAMI®'s sole discretion.
As TSUNAMI® evolves with new features and products, we may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect how our site allows our users to behave and interact, and any new risks or issues that may arise as a result.
