Ltd. ("TSUNAMI®" or "We" or "Us" or "Our") collects information from you. 

This privacy policy explains how TSUNAMI® collects, stores, uses, transfers, and discloses your personal information.

1. SCOPE OF THE TSUNAMI® PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy applies to all aspects of our site as well as information we may collect offline.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

TSUNAMI® may collect personal information from you when you:

We may request your phone number if you create an account, or we may enable other methods such as logging in through your existing social media accounts like FACEBOOK and GOOGLE (collectively referred to as "social media platforms") or your APPLE ID or HUAWEI ID.

TSUNAMI® also collects certain information related to any social media account or APPLE ID or HUAWEI ID you use to log in to or link with your TSUNAMI® account, although linking any such account to your TSUNAMI® account or logging in to TSUNAMI® via such account is entirely up to you.

TSUNAMI® collects the information you provide when you order a TSUNAMI® video or any other offer, including, as applicable, your name, email address, any mobile phone contact number (yours or The Recipient's) you choose to provide, the name of the person or entity making and receiving the purchase, and the details you provide as part of your order.

When purchasing goods, we also collect shipping and delivery information.

TSUNAMI® processes payment information you provide when paying for a purchase.

We collect recipient information you provide to us as necessary to deliver a TSUNAMI® offer, either as part of the content or for the transaction itself (e.g., sharing the recipient's name and order details with the relevant "Talent User") or to deliver the goods.

CONTACT US

TSUNAMI® collects the information you provide when you contact us, such as when you send an email to our customer service team or fill out a form to be contacted by us.

PROVIDING CONTENT TO THE SITE 

We collect information when you submit content to us, such as a video, review, photo, email, text, social media post, or any other communication (each referred to as a "Submission").

Each submission, whether submitted directly to our site or through a social media platform, and all talent content, is subject to the applicable terms of service.

As a result, others may access, use, and share it according to the terms of service.

SYNCING CONTACTS OR CONNECTING WITH FRIENDS 

If you choose to upload, sync, or import contact information from your device (like your address book) or otherwise share this contact information with us, we will collect and store that information according to this privacy policy.

You acknowledge that you have obtained the consent of your contacts to share this information with us.

We may use this information to identify which of your contacts are site users, to provide services to you, to help you find and connect with people you know, to help others find and connect with you, and to personalize the content we provide to you and other site users.

USING SOCIAL MEDIA WITH THE SITE

We collect information when you interact with our site through any social media platform. For example, we may enable you to use some of your existing social media accounts to create an account on our site or "like" or "share" content from our site.

APPLYING FOR A JOB WITH TSUNAMI®

We collect information when you apply for a job with us (for example, through the "Careers" link on our website) or directly.

This may include your name, contact information, employment history, educational background, any self-identification information (such as veteran status, gender, ethnicity), and any other information you provide. 

Please note that your use of a third-party tool or applicant tracking system used by TSUNAMI® (such as LINKEDIN, INDEED, etc.) for applying is subject to the privacy policy of the third party.

INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES 

We may also obtain information, such as contact details (e.g., name and email address), country, IP address, purchase history, marketing preferences, cookie information, device and software information, and other technical information about you from third parties, such as other users of the site who upload information or sync their contacts, analytics companies, social media platforms, and other business partners.

We and our commercial partners from third parties may collect information about your visits and activity on our site and other websites and services.

We may merge this information with other personal information we collect from or about you.

We may share some of this information with external business partners for similar purposes as outlined below.

THIRD PARTIES PROVIDING SERVICES ON OUR BEHALF

We use third parties to perform certain services on our behalf, such as website hosting or features, providing website usage analytics, fulfilling orders, processing payments, sending emails or other communications, providing marketing assistance, analyzing or improving data, running promotions, or performing other administrative services.

We may share information about you with these third parties to allow them to execute or deliver or improve the services they provide to you and TSUNAMI®.

TSUNAMI® WEBSITE USERS, TALENTS, AND PARTNERS

If you request a TSUNAMI® video or other offers on our site, we may share information such as your name, username, and profile picture as part of that request. If you receive a direct message from another user on our site, we may provide that other user with a "read receipt" when you view their message.

JOB APPLICATIONS

If you apply for a job with TSUNAMI® or any of our affiliates, we or our service providers may ask you to provide self-identifying information (such as veteran status, gender, and racial affiliation) in accordance with laws and regulations imposed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other regulatory agencies.

To stop receiving promotional text messages, send a text message containing STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our short code.

You will receive a confirmation text message. To manage your cookie preferences, use the settings in your web browser.

THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS, MARKETING, AND ANALYTICS CHOICES

TSUNAMI® works with third-party ad networks, advertising agencies, and other advertising partners to serve TSUNAMI® ads online, and with external marketing partners to send marketing materials or offers to you.

We may use the information we learn about you to direct advertising and marketing to you and to allow third parties to direct advertising and marketing to you.

We also use external analytics providers to provide us with information about website usage and the effectiveness of our ads.

These third parties may set their tracking technologies on your device and access them (including cookies and web beacons) and may otherwise collect or access information about you, including usage information.

We and our advertising and analytics providers may collect personal information over time when you visit the website or other online sites and services.

We may share non-personal information, including de-identified information, aggregate user statistics, and usage information, directly or indirectly through external business providers, with third-party advertising companies, analytics providers, and other third parties, for the purpose of providing more relevant advertisements to you.

TSUNAMI® uses Google Analytics cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about website usage, report activities, and trends.

This service may also collect information about the use of other websites, applications, and online resources.

Unsubscribing through these mechanisms does not prevent all online advertising. You will continue to receive general advertisements.

8. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION AND RETENTION PERIOD

ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT 

Please note that if you choose not to provide us with certain personal information, we may not always be able to provide you with the related TSUNAMI® product or service you request.

If you have a website account and want to access, view, correct, update, request deactivation, or delete some of the personal information collected or displayed about you, or delete your account, you can contact us or use the account services portal in our mobile app.

If you have any concerns about how we use your personal information and want to request access to the personal information you have provided to us, or correct or delete it, please contact us.

RETENTION PERIOD

When you ask us to delete your personal information, we will take reasonable commercially viable steps to remove it from our active databases, but we will retain the original information in accordance with our business practices to the extent permitted by applicable law (for example, for dispute resolution, contract enforcement, and legal compliance).

TSUNAMI® takes commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information provided to us.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and you use our website and transfer information to us at your own risk.
